Returns
All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be charged for each item returned. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from date of request. All return shipments must be prepaid. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in an as-new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Please note that certain items such as PPF , window tint or special order items are non-returnable or refundable.
CLAIMS:
All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damaged via transit, you should immediately notify Simplicity Customs and the carrier. All merchandise is shipped and insured for full value ( if insurance is taken at checkout ) and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return damaged part(s) to Simplicity Customs without prior notification.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
Payments can be made by EFT or Cash. Payments must be made upfront before delivery or collection. Proof of payment will be required.
We reserve the right to withhold the release of goods until payment has been received in full. Late or non-payments will also be subject to interest and storage costs where applicable.
PPF and window tint films will be dispatched within 14 days from our local warehouse.
Suspension kits will be dispatched within 3 days from our local warehouse.
SHIPPING CODE DEFINITIONS:
ECO – Economy national deliveries. Expect delivery between 3 -4 business days
ECOR – Economy regional deliveries. Expect delivery between 3 – 5 business days
LOX – Local overnight parcel. Collection must be booked by 2pm and ready by 2:30pm to be delivered the next business day.
LSE – Local same day economy. Collection must be booked by 10:30am and ready by 11am to be delivered by 5pm the same day.
LOF – Local overnight flyer. Collection must be booked by 2pm and ready by 2:30pm to be delivered the next business day.
